1 Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers can request cancellations or refunds for services purchased through our website. By making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms stated here.

2 Nature of Services

Gyanovation Technologies primarily offers digital IT and technology-related services (consulting, development, cybersecurity, training, support, etc.).

Important: Since these are service-based and/or digital deliverables, once the service is initiated, cancellation or refund becomes limited.

3 Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Start: Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if the service has not yet been initiated.
  • After Service Start: Once the project/service is initiated, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Subscriptions/Training Programs: If the customer cancels before the first session or deliverable, only partial refunds may be granted after deducting administrative charges.

4 Refund Policy

  • Service Not Delivered: If Gyanovation Technologies fails to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline (and it's not due to customer delays), the customer may request a full or partial refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service delivered is not as described, customers may raise a complaint within 7 working days of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds may be issued at our discretion.
  • Duplicate/Accidental Payment: In case of duplicate or accidental transactions, refunds will be initiated after verification.

5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered or partially completed.
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to change of mind after service initiation.
  • Delays caused by customer's failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or access.
  • Training/course fees once sessions have been attended.

6 Refund Timeline & Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original source of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet used for payment).
  • Razorpay or bank processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

8 Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, the decision of Gyanovation Technologies will be final.
  • Any disputes will be subject to Jabalpur (M.P.) jurisdiction.
