Year 2 of Our 4-Year IT Industry Training Program
The third year of our 4-Year IT Industry Training Program focuses on advanced team collaboration, product thinking, and real-world execution. Students experience the complete lifecycle of real software projects while simulating an actual IT company environment — including agile practices, leadership roles, and stakeholder communication.

What You Will Learn
Agile & Scrum Workflows
Understand how real IT teams manage projects using Agile methodologies. Learn to participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives like a professional.
Project & Task Management
Get hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Trello to plan, assign, and track tasks within a team setting — preparing you for real-world job environments.
Advanced Git Collaboration
Move beyond basics and master collaborative coding using Git. Learn branching strategies, pull requests, and resolving conflicts as part of a development team.
Code Reviews & Merge Practices
Learn how to review other people’s code constructively and understand professional code quality standards. Practice structured merge workflows followed in companies.
Team-Based Development
Work as part of a cross-functional team, simulating real IT roles like Developer, QA, UI/UX Designer, and Project Manager. Collaborate to deliver a working product.
Product Thinking & Documentation
Develop a product mindset by understanding user needs and documenting your work professionally — from design notes to final delivery reports.
Course Duration & Timing
Our Year 1 training is thoughtfully scheduled to complement your academic calendar
• Total Duration: Approximately 120–140 hours over the academic year
• Delivery Mode:
Weekend Sessions: 4–6 hours per day (Saturday & Sunday)
Semester Break Bootcamps: Full-day sessions (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) during semester breaks and vacations
• Flexibility: Sessions are aligned with college schedules and exam periods to ensure zero academic conflict
This hybrid format ensures consistent learning without interfering with college responsibilities, while still delivering immersive, real-world training.
